Administration of the local zoning Ordinance ensures that land uses are compatible with each other and is used as a tool to implement the City of Goose Creek Comprehensive Plan. Land Development Review serves as the clearinghouse for review and approval of all land development projects within the City. Both zoning and land development review work together to provide the highest quality of development to residents.
