New to Goose Creek? Call (843) 797-6220 ext. 0 to open an account. In order to open an account over the phone, residents must have a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit or debit card. There is a $50 origination fee for water service for residents who live inside the city and a $75 origination fee for water service for residents who live outside the city.
Water bills are sent out on the last business day of each month, and are due by the 15th of the following month. A 15 percent penalty is added to late bills. If payment is not received by the 25th of the month, service will be disconnected and a non-payment fee of $30 will be assessed.

Payment Options
Direct Debit is provided at no charge. Your payments will be automatically debited from your account each month. Please fill out the Direct Debit Form.

Receive your bill via email by signing up for Paperless Billing.
Online Water Payments are managed through our third-party vendor. Simply log in using your email or account number to make a payment. If you have never used the system before, you will need to create an account first.
* Please pay any outstanding balances when setting up online payments, as the draft may not take affect for up two months.
In-Person Payments can be made at the City Hall Drive-Thru, open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at City Hall. (519 N. Goose Creek Boulevard). Bill payments may also be dropped off 24 hours a day at a night box located at the drive-thru. Customers may also pay in person at City Hall during regular business hours.
