City of Goose Creek

The City's Building Board of Adjustments and Appeals was created in 2021.

The BBAA is composed of five members consisting of one engineer, one general contractor, and three members at-large from the building industry. The Board hears and decides appeals where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Building Official, and authorizes upon appeal in specific cases, a variance from the terms of city code.
