City honors ARB members

Members of the City's Architectural Review Board were honored for their service at Tuesday night’s City Council Meeting. The ARB volunteers “have been exemplary in how they operate, and in their commitment to our City,” Mayor Habib said before presenting each member with a plaque. “They are great volunteers, and we very much appreciate their service.”
The ARB held its final meeting in February after playing a crucial role for many years. The City’s updated zoning code, which was recently rewritten, includes codified design standards, and these standards can now be applied by City staff without the additional guidance that the ARB provided.
