Caution urged as gusty conditions continue Saturday
Sep 15 2018
Saturday update: The effects of Tropical Storm Florence -- downgraded from a Hurricane yesterday -- will continue to be felt in Goose Creek Saturday in the form of gusty conditions with rain. Please use extreme caution this weekend, and only go outside when conditions are safe.
Reminder: When traffic signals are completely out, all motorists must treat the intersection as if it is a four-way stop, and proceed only after stopping to verify it is safe in all directions. If a signal is flashing red, motorists must stop and proceed only after verifying it is safe in all directions. A flashing yellow signal means motorists must slow down and proceed through only after verifying that it is safe in all directions.
