Water Bill Notice: All penalties for late water payments are being waived this month.

Due to Post Office and bank closures, several hundred City of Goose Creek water payments were received late through no fault of our customers. Our system automatically generated late notices, which were mailed earlier this week.

Since some portion of the late payments were likely due to the closures, we are waiving all late penalties this month. This applies only to people who have actually paid their bill. Please be advised, if you do not pay your bill by Sept. 25, your water will be shut off Sept. 26.
