Mayor Habib and City Council were excited to honor the Stratford soccer team in June, as Stratford Knights Boys Soccer Day was proclaimed on June 11. At the June 11 City Council meeting, the Mayor praised team members and coaches -- including City Councilmember Christopher Harmon -- for an incredible season that included a 5A Lower State Championship and the State Championship game in Columbia.
