Goose Creek is making it easier for residents to pay their water bill. The City is offering paperless billing and an automatic debit option. * Paperless Billing Customers can receive their water bill via email to save paper and receive their bill faster. Each month when the bill is prepared, an email will be sent from email@example.com with City of Goose Creek Utility Bill as the subject. The email will include a PDF attachment and a link to the payment section of the City’s website. Signing up is easy. Just complete the form at http://www.cityofgoosecreek.com/DocumentCenter/View/3113 and submit it via email. As long as the authorization is received no later than the 15th of the month before your billing date, your next water bill will be emailed. * Automatic Credit/Debit Card Enrolling in a monthly automatic credit/debit card payment option is another easy way for residents to pay their bill. Two payment date options are available. Residents may select the payment authorization to process on the 5th or 15th of each month. If these dates fall on a weekend or a City of Goose Creek holiday the transaction will take place the following business day. Residents will continue to receive a monthly water bill with the amount that will be debited from a credit/debit card and it will indicate “paid by draft.” If you would like to take advantage of this free program, simply visit www.cityofgoosecreek.com, print and complete the credit/debit card authorization form and return to Goose Creek City Hall – Water Billing Office. For added security, do not use email to return the form. Once this authorization form has been received, a letter of confirmation will be sent to you indicating when your first month’s automatic credit/debit card draft will take place.
