NEW WATER BILL DESIGN FOR RESIDENTS

The City of Goose Creek’s Water Department is updating its billing system and will now provide residents with a newly designed water bill.  Starting April 30, 2013, Goose Creek water customers will receive a new water bill printed on an 8 ½ x 11 sheet of paper with a perforated payment slip portion.  The new water bills will include an envelope to return your payment slips by mail, payment drop box or in person at City Hall.  Residents will still be able to pay their water bill online and sign-up for direct draft.

The City of Goose Creek Water Department will continue to accept Berkeley County Water and Sanitation payments in person at City Hall or at the drop box located in City Hall’s drive thru.
