The Office of the City Administrator is responsible for the administration of all City activities and services, primarily overseeing day-to-day functions and long range planning for the organization. Appointed by City Council, the administrator implements policies and programs adopted by City Council and provides professional policy recommendations. Guided by the City’s Strategic Plan, the office ensures that Goose Creek is a city that has a balance between growth, the environment and the preservation of a small town character. The city's primary concern is for the lifelong needs of all its citizens. Goose Creek is a partnership between its people, businesses, community institutions, and city government in the determination of the city's future.
